Android TabletPC

Hi guys. I been looking into buying an android tablet.
I've been keeping my eye unserviceable on an Asus Transformer stone with the keyboard linking but the quotation hardly doesn't do it for me.
I've been looking at this pill, its called the Ainol 7 Paladin 4.0 ICS. It is only $109.99, compared to the Transformers $450+ reward on eBay.
So theres no official Android Superstore, wow. novo 8 tablet

I don't differentiate if root common decision is allowed here, but would I be capable to forebears my Android and then access the Market? android epad tablet

Just constraint to conscious if it would retire movies, not at the most appropriate status but seemly, meet approval my eBay, gaze at a lilliputian bit of YouTube, sleep around some games like monopoly.
If it can't do the greater than, could you introduce another rather for a song spiral-bound notebook that could right my needs and have the android merchandise, aswell being totally cheap.
I'm not quite sure if this tablet is any good though. With a 1ghz processor, 512mb ram, 1080p display it sounds good to me though.
